On July 12, 1926, Guangdong University was renamed the University of China.
Today, 99 years ago, on July 12, 1926 (Lunar Calendar June 3, 1926), Guangdong University was renamed Guangdong University of China. In July 1926, to commemorate Mr. Sun Yat-sen, the former Guangdong University was renamed Guangdong University of China. In February 1924, Sun Yat-sen appointed Zhou to preside over the establishment of Guangdong University. In September, Guangdong Higher Teachers' School, Guangdong Public Law University, Guangdong Public Agriculture Specialized School merged into Guangdong University, Chief Executive Officer Zhou. In July 1925, the Medical Faculty was added. In November, Zhou was dismissed, and five members of the management committee were formed by Wang Zhou and others.
