On November 4, 1918, the Youth Party of Turkey dissolved.
On November 4, 1889, under the leadership of Ishrajin-Temo, the Istanbul Medical College students secretly established the Ottoman United Association to restore the Constitution of 1876, with the aim of restoring the 1876 Constitution. In the 19th and 20th centuries, the Association established a number of groups in succession throughout the Empire. In November 4, 1895, the Party joined forces to form the United Progress Association, the main members of which were intellectuals, small officials and military officers. The first leader was Muhammad-Rizza (1859-1930). The Association signed many organizations abroad and published free newspapers. During the 19th and 20th centuries, the Party's activity was once subdued. In 1905, the Russian Revolution and the Revolution of Iran and the rise of the Turkish National People's Movement joined the Party
