On October 16, 1908 (Calendar, September 22, 1908), Albania¡¯s leader Enver Hocha was appointed Secretary of State for the Foreign Line 117 years ago. Photographs of members of the Hocha family, taken in 1921, were taken by Dino Nocast. At the time Hoca was 13 years old. Enver Hocha was born on October 16, 1908 in a Muslim family in Gino Cast. After graduating from high school in 1930, he went to the University of Montpellier in France to study natural sciences. When he returned to his country in 1936, he taught at the Middle School of Cork and began to contact with the local Communist group and became one of the leaders. After the Italian invasion of Albania in 1939, he organized a mass struggle against the fascist occupation. After graduating from high school in 1930, the Communist Party of Alban
