China is an ancient civilized country, with a long history in postal communications. Early in the Incheon era, more than three thousand years ago, organized postal communications appeared in China. The first set of our country's postal bills "Dragon", issued on August 15, 1878, has been the history of years since now. The upper corner is the word “Great Clear” and the lower corner is the face value written in Arabic numbers. The right box is printed with the “Post Office” and the left box is the word “Split”. The face value of the postcard with customs silver indicates that green is one penny silver, red is three penny silver, yellow is five penny silver, the three gaps are almost twelve and a half degrees. The printing of the big dragon’s postcard is “Dragon” as China’s first postcard, occupies an important place in China’s postal history and transportation history, its birth is regarded by relevant people at home and abroad as a major event in China’s cultural history.In 1988, in commemoration of the 110th anniversary of the issuance of the Dragon Postcard, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of China issued a small memorial card, and a variety of commemorative events were held throughout the country.
