When Chen Kyai, mayor of Beijing, met with Chen Kyai, mayor of Taiwan's city of CaoÐÛ, Chen Kyai donated crafts to Guo Kyai to paint the landscape of the city of CaoÐÛ. On May 21, 2009, Chen Kyai, mayor of the city of CaoÐÛ, visited the mainland. As the current chief executive of the People's Party, Chen Kyai was referred to by Taiwanese media as the "continental ice-breaking journey". Chen Kyai was born in June 1950, Taiwan's Iilan County people, people of the People's Party. On December 9, 2006, Chen Kyai won Yuan Jiang, elected mayor of the city of CaoÐÛ.
