Theodoric the Great (454 - 30 August 526), the founder of the Eastern Gothic kingdom of Italy, king of the Eastern Gothic kingdom. In 488, Byzantine emperor Zeno ordered his invasion of Italy, and in 493 he launched a rebellion to kill the ruler Odysseus and make himself the only ruler.

A new kingdom was established by a conspiracy man who seduced the Italian ruler and made himself the only dictator at the time.
