Today, 28 years ago, on November 17, 1997 (Calendar, October 18, 1997), there was a shooting incident in Egypt against foreign tourists. Military police were taking away the bodies of a terrorist. On November 17, 1997, at about 10 a.m., at the entrance of the famous tourist attraction of the Hatshepsut temple in Luxor, Egypt, six terrorists suddenly fired a spark gun at tourists, where more than 60 foreign tourists and Egyptians were killed and more than 20 were wounded.
