Seiji Ozawa Seiji Ozawa was born on September 1, 1935 in Shenyang, China. I returned to Japan with my parents at the age of 6. At the age of 16, he entered Tongpeng Academy to command from Saito Hideo, and graduated from the college command policy in 1957.
