Today 92 years ago, on September 17th, 1933 (July 28th, 1933 in the lunar calendar), the Chinese Communist Party strictly enforced party discipline and opposed corruption. On September 17, 1933, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made the Resolution on the Establishment of the Central Party Affairs Committee and the Provincial and County Supervision Committee of the Central Soviet Area. The resolution pointed out: "In order to prevent violation of the Party Constitution, breach of Party discipline, non-compliance with Party resolutions and bureaucratic corruption within the Party, before the formal establishment of the Party Central Supervisory Committee, a Central Party Affairs Committee, and supervisory committees in all provinces and counties should be set up."
