Today, 53 years ago, on October 24, 1972 (Calendar, September 18, 1972), Jake Robinson, the first black player in the history of the U.S. Premier League, died. Robinson, born January 31, 1919 ¨C October 24, 1972) was the first African American (U.S. black) player in the modern history of the U.S. Premier League, and on April 15, 1947, Robinson wore the 42nd shirt to kick off a bowling hand for Brooklyn Dodge, before black players were allowed to play only in the U.S. Premier League. Although the U.S. apartheid policy has long been abolished, the homeless racial bias is still strongly right across the layers of society, so this period of time at the stage of the U.S. Premier League, Jerzy Robinson is considered one of the most important events in the modern American civil rights movement.
