Today, 104 years ago, on June 3, 1921 (April 27, 1921), the Communist International proposed that the party should be founded early in China. On June 3, 1921, Marlin, a member of the Executive Committee of the Communist International, arrived in Shanghai, China. At the same time, Flemburg and Nikolsky, who were sent by the Secretary of the International Union of Trade Unions in the Far East, also arrived in Shanghai. Marlin, Nikolsky and Li, Li and Han Jin contacted, and after conversations learned about the preparations for the establishment of the Communist Party of China, suggested that "the National Congress be held early to announce the founding of the Party".
