Investigators in West Germany, the United States and Brazil are "99% sure" that they have found Joseph Menger's body. Since the exhumation of a body in a grave outside Sao Paulo, Brazil, on June 6, numerous forensic tests have been conducted, and even Menachem-Rasek, an Israeli policeman who has encountered many scams and specializes in hunting down Nazi fugitives, seems satisfied.
