On July 13, 1927, the Communist Party of China issued the “Declaration on the Political Situation” which strongly condemned Wang Zemin’s actions against the three major policies of Sun Yat-sen. The Declaration pointed out that the reason for the victory of the revolution was the sponsorship of the Chinese people, especially the workers’ and peasant masses, and there was a “strong revolutionary alliance of all oppressed classes united in resistance to all exploitation.” The Declaration decided to “return the Communist Party members to participate in the national government”, and made it clear that the Communist Party of China will relentlessly continue to uphold the struggle against imperialism, anti-military valve, against feudalism,
