On December 19, 1994, the "countdown sign" of the China government's resumption of the exercise of sovereignty over Hong Kong stood in Tiananmen Square. In 925 days, tens of millions of people across the country have come to it to express their hope and patriotism for Hong Kong's return to the motherland.
