On the other hand, he submitted again, requesting to renew the holiday and "go to Tianjin for medical treatment" on the grounds that "his illness is getting worse and his energy is really difficult". Yuan still had no doubts and happily criticized: "The leave will be extended for seven days, so that the funds will be extended for adjustment." Cai arrived in Tianjin and realized the first step of his plan to go south.
