Liu Ji (July 1, 1311-April 16, 1375), also known as Bo Wen, posthumous title Wencheng, Han nationality, was born in Qingtian, Zhejiang. In the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasties, military strategists, politicians and poets learned about history, astronomy, and elite soldiers. He was famous all over the world for assisting Zhu Yuanzhang in completing the imperial career, creating the Ming Dynasty, and doing his best to maintain the stability of the country. He was compared to later generations as Marquis Zhuge Wuhou. Zhu Yuanzhang called Liu Ji many times: "My ovary."¡»

In the twenty-sixth year of Zhizheng (1306), when Liu Ji was 50 years old, he was hired by Zhu Yuanzhang to go to Jinling with Song Yi, Zhang Yi, and Ye Chen. Liu Ji presented Zhu Yuanzhang with eighteen strategies for current affairs and was treated with courtesy by Zhu Yuanzhang. Zhu Yuanzhang specially built the Lixian Hall for the Fourth Mr. From then on, Liu Ji participated in military aircraft and became Zhu Yuanzhang's main counselor in founding the Ming Dynasty. First of all, he formulated a "expedition plan" for Zhu Yuanzhang. He also proposed the strategy of first destroying Chen Youliang and then taking over Zhang Shicheng, which was adopted by Zhu Yuanzhang. Zhu Yuanzhang destroyed Chen and Zhang followed suit and "Northern Expedition to the Central Plains, which became an imperial career, somewhat like the foundation plan. In the twenty-sixth year of Zhizheng (September 15, 1366), Liu Ji was ordered as a Taishi Ling to expand and build Kangcheng (now Nanjing).
