On August 3, 2007 (June 21, 2007 in the lunar calendar), Yunnan police led a triad and organized prostitution and were sentenced to death. On August 3, 2007, the Intermediate People's Court of Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, publicly pronounced the case of Fan Zezhong (alias Fan Xiao), captain of the Forest Administration Inspection Team of the Forestry Bureau of Zhenxiong County, which was supervised by the Ministry of Public Security and specially supervised by the Yunnan Province Public Security Department.
