On June 5, 2000 (May 4, 2000 in the lunar calendar), the Central Committee's "Decision on Strengthening and Improving the Work of Party Schools" in the 21st century. On June 5, 2000, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening and Improving the Work of Party Schools Facing the 21st Century." The "Decision" pointed out that further strengthening and improving the work of party schools is an urgent need for the overall cause of the party and the party's own construction; it is necessary to increase the training and rotation of leading cadres at all levels, especially young and middle-aged leading cadres across the century, and appropriately expand the scale of party schools running schools; With the goal of comprehensively cultivating the quality of leading cadres and politicians, we must establish and improve a new teaching layout in party schools, deepen teaching reform, and improve teaching quality; and effectively strengthen and improve the leadership of party committees at all levels over party school work.
