In response to the phenomenon that some communes implement a comprehensive supply system in distribution, the resolution pointed out that in the income of members, the wage portion distributed according to work should account for a period of time. 3. In response to the attempt to abolish commodity production and currency and to allocate the products of the commune, the resolution pointed out that in a necessary period in the future, the commodity production of the people's commune and the exchange of commodities between the state and the commune, and between the commune and the commune must have a great development. 4. In response to the practice of some communes transferring members 'private property to the public, the resolution stipulates that the houses, clothes, bedding, furniture and other living means and deposits owned by members will always belong to members. This resolution played an important role in rectifying the people's communes and slowing down the spread of "communist style". Of course, some regulations, such as the implementation of a partial supply system, the establishment of public canteens, rural residential areas, and the promotion of "militarization of organizations, militarization of operations, and collectivization of life", exceeded the objective conditions of the time.
