Liu Jiaguo is from Wuyi Village, Paifang Township, Huoqiu County, Anhui Province. He is 34 years old. This person lost his father in his early years, was lazy about labor and did not like reading. After graduating from junior high school, he lived in the countryside. After marrying his original wife, he gave birth to a daughter, and later abandoned his wife and wandered outside. In 1989, he joined the local "Reposed King" cult organization and quickly became a backbone. He was canonized as "Mercy" by the "Reposed King" Wu Yangming. In 1991, he was arrested and fled by the Huoqiu County Public Security Bureau for wantonly spreading evil cults.
