Tolstoy was very diligent in writing. He has a famous saying: "Genius, one-tenth is inspiration, and nine-tenth is blood and sweat." "In order to create the novel" War and Peace "based on the French Napoleon's invasion of Russia, he visited all libraries in Moscow and read a large number of history books, memoirs and related materials. It took a total of 6 years to complete this masterpiece. On November 7, 1910, Tolstoy died of pneumonia at Astabol Station.
