66 years ago today, on September 19, 1959 (August 17, 1959 in the lunar calendar), Argentine President Peron was overthrown. On September 19, 1959, Argentina's army and navy jointly launched a coup d'état, and the Peronian regime was overthrown. Peron was born in 1895. In the early days of World War II, he studied military affairs in Fascist Germany and Italy. After returning home, he became the leader of the "Joint Officers Corps". After a coup d'état in 1943, he served as Minister of Labor, Minister of Defense and Vice President. The Justice Party was founded in 1945. He became president in 1946, and in 1947 the Justice Party was changed to the Peronist Party. Peron advocated nationalism, put forward the slogan of economic independence, implemented plans conducive to the development of domestic industries, and implemented a series of reformist measures. Peronism with the slogan of "social justice, political sovereignty, economic independence" was proposed to reconcile social reform, anti-American policies, Catholicism, and nationalization.
