According to witnesses, three people on board were killed and one was seriously injured and trapped. The crash site is about 75 kilometers away from Lindong Town, where the government of Bairin Left Banner is located. According to witnesses 50 meters away from the crash site, the words "China Flying Dragon B-3841" were vaguely on the wing. The plane did not catch fire and exploded, and the engine seemed to be still running. According to Kang Yongfei of the Bairin Left Banner Fire Squadron, at 16:44 on the same day, the Bairin Left Banner Fire Squadron received a report from witnessing villagers and quickly dispatched two fire engines and 12 firefighters rushed to the scene. A seriously injured and trapped person on a small plane that crashed in Bairin Left Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was successfully rescued at 18:40. The injured person had two wounds on his head and chest, but he was conscious and has been rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. After rescue failed, he died.
