67 years ago today, on August 20, 1958 (July 6, 1958, the lunar calendar), the first bag of instant noodles "chicken sauce noodles" came out. Bachelors and young people are the biggest consumers of instant noodles. In mainland China, it is second only to another Taiwanese food brand, Master Kong, with more than 30% of the market. China people who didn't know what instant noodles were were once confused by the big fish and meat patterns on the packaging, but now a whole piece of beef has actually appeared in Master Kong's "Manchu and Han Feast." From chopped and dried minced vegetables and minced meat to vacuum-packed pickled mustard and sausage, from one bag of seasoning to two bags and three bags, from soup noodles to fried noodles, from fried noodles to ramen noodles, from bags of noodles to bowls, noodles, cups, in this small food, manufacturers are trying their best to make every effort to change their tricks. They are nothing more than focusing on people's needs under the rhythm of modern life and the huge profit margins they bring. There have been reports of young students in China suffering from dementia due to eating too much instant noodles. Experts and scholars have come forward to warn that eating too much instant noodles is useless, but this cannot stop a hand reaching out to the instant noodles. Now, even British Airways flights offer instant noodles in small bowls. Today, when the West has launched the "Slow Food Movement" again, young people in China are far less familiar with hand-rolled noodles and ramen than instant noodles. There is nothing more deceptive than instant noodles. The oily and hot soup noodles are filled with green chopped green onions and tempting meat. For China who attach great importance to drinking soup and eating hot food, it is full of a warm family atmosphere. No wonder bachelors are the biggest consumer of instant noodles.
