"Wildez, 73, met Premier Zhou Enlai in the 1960s, when he traveled to Romania to attend the funeral of former Romanian leader Georgiou Dezhi, and Wildez was deputy prime minister. He admired Premier Zhou as a person, praising him as" the most outstanding national leader and diplomat of our time, who has in-depth research on international issues, is the founder of the Five Principles of Equality, Mutual Benefit and Peaceful Coexistence, and is one of the founders of friendly relations between Romania and China.
