Enterprises applying for exemption from inspection for their products must meet the following conditions, including: products have been continuously and stably produced for more than two years, no batches of products shipped from the factory have failed, product quality has been stable for a long time, the enterprise has a complete quality assurance system, and the product has Certain visibility, product market share and economic benefits rank among the top in the industry, product standards meet or are stricter than the requirements of national standards or industry standards, etc. Enterprises that meet the requirements can request the "Application Form for Exemption from Inspection" from the provincial quality and technical supervision department where the enterprise is located from August 15 to September 15 and submit an application. After review, the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision will launch the first batch of inspection-free products before the end of this year. All products that have been exempted from inspection will be exempted from quality supervision and inspection by various regions, departments and various forms for three years. It is understood that exemption from inspections is only at the national level and no local exemption is implemented. During the entire review process of exemption work, national and local quality and technical supervision departments are not allowed to charge any fees from enterprises.
