After Zhang Shun purchased the traffic of Li Jun's website, he hung nine game Trojans on Li Jun's website, stole the "game envelope" of gamers who automatically linked to Li Jun's website, and opened and resold the stolen "game envelope" to obtain profits. From December 2006 to February 2007, Li Jun made a total profit of 145,000 yuan, Wang Lei made a total profit of 80,000 yuan, and Zhang Shun made a total profit of 12,000 yuan. The court found that the spread of the "Panda Burning Incense" virus affected the normal operation of the computer systems of many units and individuals in Shanxi, Hebei, Liaoning, Guangdong, Hubei, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and other provinces and cities. On February 2, 2007, Li Jun shut down his website and did not open it again. On February 4, 5, and 7, 2007, Li Jun, Wang Lei, Zhang Shun, and Lei Lei were arrested by the Xiantao City Public Security Bureau respectively. Li Jun, Wang Lei, and Zhang Shun withdrew all the stolen money after being brought to justice. Li Jun handed over the "Panda Burning Incense" virus killing tool.
