On this day, 82 years ago, on December 1, 1943 (November 5, 1943 in the lunar calendar), China, the United States and Britain issued the Cairo Declaration. The original English version of the Cairo Declaration From November 22 to 26, 1943, U.S. President Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Churchill and Chiang Kai-shek held talks in Cairo, the capital of Egypt.
