On this day, 88 years ago, on October 27, 1937 (September 24, 1937, the puppet "Mongolian Alliance Autonomous Government" was established. King De and the Japanese Army were at the inauguration ceremony. On October 27, 1937, King Gongde of Inner Mongolia (Demuchukdongrupu), under the planning of the Japanese secret service, held the "Second Mongolian Conference" in Guisui City, declaring Mongolia's "autonomy" and establishing the "Mongolian Alliance Autonomous Government". Appointed by the Japanese Kwantung Army, King Yun was appointed as chairman of the puppet autonomous government and King De was appointed as vice chairman. As King Yun claimed illness, King De took charge of all affairs of the regime. The Mongolian Congress also adopted the organizational outline of the puppet autonomous government, stipulating that the government "should take Mongolia's inherent territory as its domain, and temporarily take Ulanqab League, Xilin Gol League, Chahar League, Bayantala League, Ikezhao League, Houhe City and Baotou City as its governing areas";"to prevent communism and coordinate ethnic harmony";"to take the six things of birth, gathering, teaching, rejuvenation, supporting and protecting" as the policy program; to use the Genghis Khan Era as the year name, and to establish its capital in Guisui City.
