On July 19, 1947, Aung San, leader of the Myanmar National Movement, died
Aung San (1915–1947) leader of the Myanmar Independence Movement led by students in February 1938, joined the Dutch Party, 1939–1940 as secretary general of the party. In 1940, when people were born in northern Myanmar to seek foreign support for independence, he was in contact with the Japanese people, and the Japanese helped him to establish the Myanmar Independence Army. This army followed the Japanese army in the year to take over the occupied area. Aung San in February 1938, joined the Dutch Party, 1939–1940 as secretary general of the party. In August 1944, Aung San Suu Kyi secretly established the Anti-French People's League for independence, and was the chairman of the Alliance. In March 1945, the government of the Myanmar Alliance won the United Kingdom's First National Assembly on the 1st
