95 years ago today, August 26, 1930 (July 3, 1930, the Lunar Calendar), the Soviet Land Law was promulgated. In August 1930, the Revolutionary Military Committee of China promulgated the "Soviet Land Law", which is divided into 4 chapters and 31 articles. It clearly proposed a land distribution method based on the number of rural population, equal distribution of men, women, old and young, and not based on labor force; affirmed the principle of "drawing more to make up for less, and drawing fat to make up for lean": it also provided landlords with a way out of life, and stipulated that families of landlords and reactionaries who, after review by the Soviet, were allowed to live in the countryside without any other way to maintain their lives would be allocated land according to their discretion.
