Also giving keynote speeches to the conference this morning were Lu Yongxiang, President of China Academy of Sciences, and Xu Kuangdi, President of China Academy of Engineering. The title of Lu Yongxiang's report is "Some Thoughts on Accelerating the Improvement of my Country's Innovation Capabilities", and the title of Xu Kuangdi's report is "Engineering Technology and China's Modernization." The China Scientists Forum lasts for three days.
