On this day, 91 years ago, on June 28, 1934 (May 17, 1934 in the lunar calendar), the "Manchu Empire" implemented the economic integration of Japan and Manchu. Nanmanchuria Railway Co., Ltd. transported a large number of materials looted from China from Dalian to Japan. On June 28, 1934, the "Manchuria Empire" government issued a detailed explanation on controlling Northeast industries, dividing Northeast enterprises into three categories: (1) Public or special societies controlled economic undertakings, including 22 industries including banking and railways. (2) Economic undertakings approved by the government include 24 industries including automobile industry and wool and cotton textile industry, which are semi-controlled economic undertakings. (3) Freely operated economic undertakings include 20 industries including agriculture and animal husbandry, sugar production, and flour industry. In August 1932, Japan announced the "Fundamental Policy for Economic Control of Manchukuo", proposing "Japan-Manchukuo Economic Integration" and stipulating that the Japanese Kwantung Army Command and the "Nanmanchuria Railway Zhu-style Huidu" were the economic control institutions for "Manchukuo". In March 1933, Japan promulgated the "Outline for Economic Construction of Manchukuo" and implemented economic control. Therefore, the purpose of "Japan-Manchuria economic integration" is to realize "industrial Japan, raw material Manchuria" and make Northeast China's industry and mining industry fully affiliated with Japan's economic system.
