Today, 93 years ago, on May 20th, 1932 (April 15 of the Lunar Calendar), Tolphes was elected Prime Minister of Austria. On May 20th, 1932, Austria also had a new moderate leader. However, his foundation was weaker compared to the new French President Albert-Lebourne. Engels-Tolphes won the majority votes after two attempts. He won only one more vote in Congress than the opposition party. The core of the power of Tolphes' Prime Minister was his Christian Socialist Party in the minority.
