All Chinese compatriots, regardless of class or faction, are not immune to this pain. This fate is about to befall my compatriots all over the country. If our country continues not to resist, the country will be destroyed and the family will perish. At this moment, we officially declare that no matter what form the national defense government is established under, we have decided to do our best to maintain it. No matter what form the anti-Japanese coalition is formed under, we have decided to join first, and are willing to cooperate closely with any real anti-Japanese army, regardless of whether there has been any hostile action in the past. As long as they resist Japan, we will immediately consider them to be friends of mutual hatred and join hands with them in the war of resistance against Japan.
