Today, 36 years ago, on July 11, 1989 (Lunar Calendar, June 9, 1989), the Three Nations Group of Colombia, Mexico and Venezuela was established. On July 11, 1989, the Three Nations Group of Colombia, Mexico and Venezuela, in support of the peaceful development of Central America, actively advanced the process of Latin American integration. The new group established a common field of action to promote the Central American countries to resolve the crisis facing the region through peaceful means, urging the Central American governments to overcome obstacles and hold a planned summit. The three countries also signed a series of cooperation agreements in economic, trade, finance, energy and science. The group's establishment indicates the completion of the "Conta Dora Group" and the formation of a new Latin American Republic.
