On this day, 35 years ago, July 2, 1990 (May 10, 1990, the lunar calendar), the Eid al-Adha massacre in Mecca. The scene was tragic on July 2, 1990, the first day of Eid Adha. About 2 million Muslims from all over the world went to Mecca to participate in the annual Hajj ceremony. When the crowd walked through the road tunnel between Mina and Mecca and the road above it, due to overcrowding, seven people fell from the road and died at the tunnel exit, causing chaos.
