On this day, 90 years ago, on November 28, 1935 (November 3, 1935 in the lunar calendar), the Communist Party of China issued the "Declaration on Resisting Japan and National Salvation." On November 28, 1935, the Central Government of the Soviet Republic of China and the Revolutionary Military Committee of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army of China issued the "Declaration on Resistance Against Japan and Salvation", pointing out: No matter any political faction, any armed force, any social group, or any individual, as long as they are willing to resist Japan and Chiang, we are not only willing to conclude an anti-Japanese and anti-Chiang agreements with them, but also willing to further organize an anti-Japanese coalition force and a national defense government with them. The Communist Party of China proposed ten major programs for the Anti-Japanese Coalition Forces and the National Defense Government: (1) Confiscate all property of Japanese imperialism in China as anti-Japanese funds;(2) Confiscate all land and property of traitors and traitors and distribute it to workers, farmers, disaster victims, and refugees;(3) Disaster relief and water control to stabilize people's livelihood;(4) Eliminate all exorbitant taxes and develop industry and commerce;(5) Increase wages and salaries to improve the lives of workers, soldiers and faculty members; (6) Develop education and relieve students who have dropped out of school;(7) Achieve democratic rights and release all political prisoners;(8) Develop production technology and relieve unemployed intellectuals;(9) unite workers and peasants in Korea, Taiwan, and Japan and all anti-Japanese imperialist forces to form a solid alliance;(10) Establish close friendship with nations or countries that express sympathy for, support, or maintain goodwill and neutrality for the anti-Japanese national movement in China.
