On this day, 78 years ago, on July 26, 1947 (June 9, 1947 in the lunar calendar), Japan descended and sailed to Shanghai. The Japanese ship that was surrendered to China on July 26, 1947 arrived in Shanghai. As of July, two batches of Japanese ships had been dropped by the National Government; the first batch of Japanese ships had dropped at 310,460 tons. The number of ships dropped to Shanghai on July 26 was still 8, 8450 tons, and they were received by Fang Ying, commander of the First Navy Base in Shanghai.
