This is "the source of China's internal and external troubles and the source of deep suffering for the people." The document believes that "advocating joint provincial autonomy" is actually "advocating separatist regimes between military and civilian forces";"If we hope that warlords will come out to abolish supervisors and reduce troops, it will be tantamount to seeking skin from a tiger." It was pointed out that Wu Peifu was a representative of the evil forces of warlords. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China declared in the document: "The Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the proletariat and the party that strives for the proletariat and becomes the proletarian revolution."
