Usami, Japan's first wise general of the Warring States Period, passed away

Usami Dingman
USAMI TIDAMU (August 11, 1489 - 1564) was a Japanese general of the Warring States period. He was also known as Kamakami, the lord of Biwajima Castle in Echigo Province (present-day Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture).
At first, the Kamijo family, who was the guardian of the Uemi family with Echigo, fought against Echigo's guardian generation Nagao Weijing, and then surrendered to the Nagao family, and continued to serve his son Kenshin Uemi after Jing's death. The Nagao family of the Ueda Nagao family, who had helped Jinghu subdue his clan, made war achievements. In 1564, he drowned with Nagao Zhengjing in Nojiri-ike, a suburb of Sakado Castle. After his death, the Usami family also declined, and then the city of Pipa Island was also deserted.
