On November 18, 1155, Qin Hui, a famous traitor of the Song Dynasty, died
On this day 870 years ago, on November 18, 1155 (October 22, 1155 lunar calendar), Qin Hui, the founder of Song-style characters, passed away. Qin Hui knelt and sinned against Qin Hui (November 18, 1090-1155), and the character was from Jiangning Mansion (now Nanjing, Jiangsu) in the Song Dynasty. One of the top ten traitors in Chinese history, he was notorious for executing Yue Fei on "trumped-up" charges. Song Huizong Zhenghe ascended to the first place in the fifth year (1115), and was a professor in Minzhou (now Zhucheng, Shandong Province). He served as the head of the imperial school. At the end of the Northern Song Dynasty, he served as the emperor Zhongcheng, and was captured by the Jin people together with Song Huizong and Qinzong. After returning to the south, he served as the official of the Ministry of Rites and two prime ministers, and ruled for nineteen years before and after. Qin Hui was a legendary figure during the Southern and Northern Song Dynasties, and has long been regarded as a traitor or traitor. He was originally a well-known anti-Jin righteous man, but he was later taken captive to the Jin Kingdom with the Emblem and Qin Zong. He fled to the Southern Song Dynasty four years after Jianyan (1130). After that, he assisted Emperor Gaozong of Song and was the official to the prime minister. On the other hand, he belonged to the main and faction in the Southern Song Dynasty, opposing the forces of the domestic main war faction. The most well-known story among them is the story of "Twelve Gold Medals Summoned Yue Fei". Emperor Gaozong of Song In the eleventh year of Shaoxing (1141), Emperor Gaozong of Song relieved Yue Fei and Han Shizhong of military power with the help of Qin Hui, and killed Yue Fei and his son on "trumped-up" charges of treason. Afterwards, the Southern Song Dynasty and Jin Ting signed a highly controversial "Shaoxing Peace Agreement". In the twenty-fifth year of Shaoxing (1155), Qin Hui died of illness and was named King Shen, posthumous title Zhongxian. His son Qin Xi tried to inherit the phase, but was rejected by Emperor Gaozong of Song. The loss of power of the Qin family made the long-suppressed anti-Japanese faction feel that there was hope for Yue Fei to be rehabilitated against Zhaoxue, and began to demand that Yue Fei be restored to his reputation. Later, in order to encourage anti-Jin fighting spirit, the Southern Song Dynasty rehabilitated Yue Fei, and listed Qin Hui as the culprit in Yue Fei's death. In the second year of Kaixi, Zhiningzong was pursued by Wang Jue. He was renamed Miao Chou. According to legend, in order to relieve Qin Hui's hatred, the common people used dough to make his image and threw it into the oil pan to fry, and called it "fried juniper", and evolved into today's "fried dough" (still called "fried ghost" in Hong Kong, and the Hokkien language also pronounced "fried juniper", and the Hangzhou area is still famous for the snack of spring onion-wrapped juniper). Located in the northwest corner of West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, there are four kneeling statues of Qin Hui, Wang's, Wan Zongyu, and Zhang Jun related to Yue Fei's killing. They were cast in the Ming Dynasty and were often insulted and damaged. In later generations, there was a person surnamed Qin (one is said to be Qin Jianquan, a scholar in Futai during the Qianlong period) who wrote a poem here: "People started from the later stage of the Song Dynasty, and my surname was Qin." Qin Hui, the founder of Qin Hui's calligraphy and Song-style characters, was also the founder of Song-style characters. Most of the text in today's newspapers is Song-style characters. Qin Hui is erudite and talented, and has deep attainments in calligraphy. Summarizing the calligraphy skills of his predecessors, he became a family and created a new font. According to general habits, it should be called "Qin-style characters". Because people hated his character and virtue, although the font he created was applied, it was renamed Song-style characters.
