Qin Hui knelt and sinned against Qin Hui (November 18, 1090-1155), and the character was from Jiangning Mansion (now Nanjing, Jiangsu) in the Song Dynasty. One of the top ten traitors in Chinese history, he was notorious for executing Yue Fei on "trumped-up" charges. Song Huizong Zhenghe ascended to the first place in the fifth year (1115), and was a professor in Minzhou (now Zhucheng, Shandong Province). He served as the head of the imperial school. At the end of the Northern Song Dynasty, he served as the emperor Zhongcheng, and was captured by the Jin people together with Song Huizong and Qinzong. After returning to the south, he served as the official of the Ministry of Rites and two prime ministers, and ruled for nineteen years before and after. Qin Hui was a legendary figure during the Southern and Northern Song Dynasties, and has long been regarded as a traitor or traitor. He was originally a well-known anti-Jin righteous man, but he was later taken captive to the Jin Kingdom with the Emblem and Qin Zong. He fled to the Southern Song Dynasty four years after Jianyan (1130). After that, he assisted Emperor Gaozong of Song and was the official to the prime minister. Afterwards, the Southern Song Dynasty and Jin Ting signed a highly controversial "Shaoxing Peace Agreement". In the twenty-fifth year of Shaoxing (1155), Qin Hui died of illness and was named King Shen, posthumous title Zhongxian. His son Qin Xi tried to inherit the phase, but was rejected by Emperor Gaozong of Song.
