The ultimate goal of the party is to realize communism; It stipulates that the party's guiding ideology and theoretical foundation are Marxism, Leninism, and Mao Zedong Thought; it stipulates that the whole party must adhere to the organizational principle of democratic centralism and practice centralism based on democracy and democracy under centralized guidance; it stipulates that party members must recognize the party's charter, voluntarily join and actively work in a party organization, implement party resolutions, abide by party disciplines, and pay party dues.
