The Roman Emperor Petinax was born

Petinax
Publius Helvius Pertinax (born August 1, 126 in Alba, died March 28, 193 in Rome) was one of the five Roman emperors in 193 years.
Petinax reigned for only three months, during which time there were many mutinies and conspiracies. He was in a bad situation because he lacked his own power base and relied entirely on the Praetorian Guard and the soldiers of the capital, while Retus continued to plan decisions from behind the scenes.
After Commodus's long reign, not only did the country's economy fail miserably, but also the nation's respect for the emperor and traditional authority were lost. Although Petinax was loved by the Roman citizens, it was of little use to him. He was killed by rebel soldiers on March 28, 193. From today's analysis, it appears that the accident was not a planned conspiracy or a planned mutiny, but was caused by the chaos caused by the lack of discipline of the soldiers.
The later emperor, Severus, came to power under the banner of revenge for Petinax, whom he venerated as a god.
Key words: August 1, 126, Rome, Emperor, Petinax
