Thirty-one years ago today, on June 16, 1994 (May 8, 1994), the White Paper on the Status of Intellectual Property Protection in China was published. On June 16, 1994, the State Council Information Office issued the White Paper on the Status of Intellectual Property Protection in China. The White Paper is divided into three parts: 1. China's basic position and attitude in protecting intellectual property rights; 2. China has a high-level legal system for protecting intellectual property rights; 3. China has a complete law enforcement system for protecting intellectual property rights. The white paper says that the Chinese government's ability to abide by the sincere position of international conventions and bilateral agreements on the protection of intellectual property rights and to fully undertake international obligations has been widely praised and supported by international public opinion. The white paper concludes that there are always some people in the world who turn a blind eye to China's development and changes, ignore basic facts, and comment on the current situation of intellectual property protection in China. There is no need to argue this argument. Facts are the best answer.
