On October 22, 1959, the Soviet Union's "Communist Youth League Pravda" published an article saying that a new small "crater"(crater) had appeared among several huge "craters" and atlantic mountains on the surface of the moon. This new "crater" was not formed by an asteroid accidentally falling to the moon, but was caused by the landing of the second Soviet space rocket on the surface of the moon, the emissary of the earth. The article said that when the Soviet Union's second space rocket reached the moon, observations were made in various places. Scientists from the Soviet Union and foreign countries have obtained many observation materials. Hungarian astronomer Lowash observed a small black spot and saw that it spread from the beginning to gradually disappear.
