In November 2003, Chinese Guqin art was selected for the second batch of "Representative Works of Human Oral and Intangible Heritage". Xinjiang Uyghur Mukam Art "China Xinjiang Uyghur Mukam Art" is a general term for various mukam spread in various Uyghur inhabited areas in Xinjiang. It is a large-scale comprehensive art form that integrates song, dance and joy. Mukam music phenomenon is distributed in 19 countries and regions in Central Asia, South Asia, West Asia, and North Africa. Xinjiang is located at the easternmost end of these countries and regions. Thanks to the ancient land transportation artery that traverses Europe and Asia - the "Silk Road", Uyghur Mukam, as the crystallization of the exchange of music and dance cultures between the East and the West, records and confirms the history of mutual transmission and blending between different groups of people. Mongolian long-tune folk songs have existed since the formation of the Mongolian people. Mongolian long-tune folk songs are closely related to grasslands and the nomadic lifestyle of the Mongolian nation. They carry the history of the Mongolian nation and are a symbol of the production, life and spiritual character of the Mongolian nation. Mongolian long-tune folk songs are also a kind of cross-border distribution culture. China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Mongolia are the most important cultural distribution areas of Mongolian long-tune folk songs.
