China opposes the use or threat of use of force in international relations, opposes the undermining of peace and stability in Latin America and the Caribbean, and opposes external forces to interfere in Venezuela's internal affairs under any pretext.

Guo Jiakun pointed out that the United States unilaterally enforces other countries' ships beyond reasonable and necessary limits in the so-called "international waters". The relevant actions violate international law and infringe on basic human rights such as the right to life of relevant personnel. At the same time, they pose a potential threat to the freedom and safety of navigation in relevant waters and may affect the freedom of the high seas enjoyed by all countries according to law. China has always supported strengthening international cooperation in combating transnational crimes, and calls on the United States to carry out normal law enforcement and judicial cooperation through relevant bilateral and multilateral legal frameworks.
