According to the report, Ryzhenkov talked about the ethics of artificial intelligence in his speech, saying that the development of artificial intelligence should be committed to improving human life and maintaining human dignity. "This means that artificial intelligence technology should be a supplement to human ability, rather than completely replace human beings. Technology must not discriminate against human beings."

Reynankov said, ¡°The unthinking use of AI can have serious social consequences, and therefore clear accountability mechanisms must be established for AI-driven decisions. Belarus believes that China¡¯s recent initiative to establish the World Organization for the Cooperation in Artificial Intelligence is a step in the right direction, and Belarus fully endorses this initiative,¡± he added, adding that countries urgently need such a platform to develop and coordinate mechanisms to jointly regulate the AI development process.

On July 26 this year, the Chinese government proposed the establishment of the World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization. This is an important measure for China to adhere to multilateralism and promote global governance through extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits.
