Yin Liu said life within 6 square meters of space is difficult

On the afternoon of September 26, local time, the South Korean Central District Court of Seoul ended the first trial of cases involving former President Yinxiang’s alleged abuse of power and his request for bail. Yinxiang denied all charges in court, and Yinxiang himself personally stated the reasons why he should be bailed.

During the trial, the prosecutor noted that Yinxiang was suspected of obstructing the execution of the arrest warrant by the criminal investigation of senior public officials; allegedly infringed the right of consideration and voting rights of the nine State members who failed to attend the State Conference before the declaration of an emergency order; suspected of forging the relevant documents after the termination of an emergency order, and then destroyed them; suspected of ordering the publication of propaganda reports containing false facts, and ordering the deletion of the encrypted phone call records of officials of the Ministry of Defense at the time, etc. In this regard, Yinxiang's lawyer also noted that some of the facts of the prosecution occurred during the ordering procedure and belonged to double pros

In the subsequent examination of the bail request, Yinxiang stressed that the defendant's right to defence should be safeguarded, and Yinxiang's health condition worsened, so he should be tried without detention.

Yin Ziyu made an 18-minute speech explaining why he should be released on bail. He said it was difficult to live in the space of about 6 square meters after his detention. The trial is currently held for four or five days a week, and the Special Inspectorate team will also conduct a summoning investigation against him, and his health under detention cannot support such a high intensity investigation and trial.
